Leopard, The Carpenters, and school

My brother and I downloaded Leopard over the Thanksgiving break. I love it. Thom... well I don't know what happened but it wiped him out. He lost iPhoto and Word and several other applications. He is going to the genius bar soon and hopefully they'll be able to work their magic. I feel so guilty, I hit the install button. I'm still trying to find where all those "300 new features" are but I do like the flow of things and the presentation.

I was scanning the iTunes Holiday section and I didn't see The Carpenters Christmas! No need to fear I had a copy in the car. I was reminded over the break that my Dad had a huge crush on Kern Carpenter. Maybe because of this crush, I remember hearing this album played throughout our house growing up. The Carpenters and Kenny G. always brought in the Christmas season in our house. I think "Merry Christmas Darling" is one of my favorites from The Carpenters' album.

Top 5 Favorite Christmas Songs:
1. Holy Night by Brian McSweeney
2. Baby It's Cold Out Side, an old version
3. Cannon in D, the one with the voices?
4. Christmas Time Is Here by Vince Guaraldi Trio (Charlie Brown Christmas)
5. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

School, well I'm almost done. I have a tone of work to do but it'll get done, it has to.

Guys! What the Heck! I had to listen to the Carpenters from Thanksgiving to Christmas day basically on a loop, and now I hate it! Sufjan Stevens Christmas, Elvis' "Blue Christmas" and Louis Armstrong/Frank Sinatra are the only albums worth listening to. Dorks
